RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, including sale items. Personalized and custom-made products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It should also be returned in its original packaging when possible. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without first requesting authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we provide a prepaid return label for a standard return, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, DesignBohemian will cover the return shipping cost.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@designbohemian.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We also cannot accept returns of gift cards, perishable goods, personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Sale items remain eligible for return under our standard 30-day return policy unless they are personalized, customized, or otherwise listed as non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification, subject to applicable exceptions.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received—unused and with any original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please remember that your bank or credit-card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at contact@designbohemian.com.
